You may not use the App for:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your service in the following cases:
If the service is terminated, your subscription fee will be refunded proportionally (via Apple).
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Nazaraiapp, its employees, partners, and service providers from any claim, lawsuit, or damages (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms of Use or any related document (Privacy Policy, EULA), or from your violation of laws or third-party rights.

The terms and privacy policies of these services apply. We are not responsible for issues or losses you experience with these third parties; you must contact the relevant provider directly.
We may update these terms. For significant changes:
If any provision of these Terms of Use is found invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall still be enforceable to the maximum extent permitted, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed. This does not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
These Terms of Use, together with the Privacy Policy and EULA, constitute the entire and complete agreement between you and us. These documents supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written, on these matters.
