End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Nazaraiapp ("Licensor", "we"). This EULA governs the acquisition and use of the Nazar software ("Software").

Please read this agreement carefully before installing or using the Software. Downloading, installing, or using the Software constitutes your acceptance of these EULA terms. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the Software.

This EULA applies not only to the Software itself, but also to all updates, supplements, internet-based services, and support services provided by the Licensor.

1. License Grant

Nazaraiapp grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to install and use the Nazar Software on devices under your control (phone, tablet) for personal use.

License characteristics:

Personal — cannot be transferred to anyone else
Non-exclusive — Licensor may grant licenses to others
Revocable — may be revoked for breach of terms

You are responsible for ensuring your device meets the Software's minimum requirements.

2. Restrictions — What You Cannot Do

Under this license, you MAY NOT:

Edit, modify, adapt, translate, or otherwise alter the whole or any part of the Software
Combine or integrate the Software (or any part) with other software
Decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the Software, or attempt to do so
Reproduce, copy, distribute, sell, or commercially use the Software or any copy
Allow a third party to use the Software on your behalf or for the benefit of another
Run the Software using automated tools (bots, scrapers, scripted access)
Use it in any way that violates local, national, or international laws
Use it for any purpose Licensor considers a breach of this EULA

Breach of these restrictions results in immediate license termination and creates legal liability.

3. Intellectual Property and Ownership

The ownership and intellectual property rights of the Software and all associated content belong to Nazaraiapp. This includes:

Source code, compiled code, design, graphics, icons
Logo and cat mascot (CatMascot)
Mystical commentary, line definitions, content templates
Algorithms and methodology

All copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents, and other intellectual property rights are protected. The license grants you only a right of use; it does not grant ownership.

The Licensor remains the owner of the Software as initially downloaded and of all subsequent updates. The Licensor reserves the right to license the Software to third parties.

User-Generated Content

Content created by users within the App — for example, Instagram Story share cards — is licensed for sharing on the user's own social platforms. You may not commercially resell or integrate this content into other applications.

4. Open Source Components

The Software may contain open source components subject to their own licenses. For these components, the relevant open source licenses are part of this EULA, and any conflicting clauses of this EULA are disregarded.

5. Updates

The Licensor may update, improve, or modify the Software from time to time. Updates may bring additional rights or restrictions under this EULA; in such cases, new terms will be presented to you.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Software is provided "as is" and "as available". The Licensor:

Does not guarantee that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
Does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of the Software's results
Disclaims implied warranties such as fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement

7. Termination of Agreement

This EULA begins with your first use of the Software and remains in effect until terminated.

You may terminate the agreement at any time by deleting the Software
The Licensor may terminate the agreement immediately upon any breach of these EULA terms

Upon termination: - All rights granted by this EULA immediately end - You must immediately stop accessing and using the Software - You must remove the Software from your device

Provisions that, by their nature, survive termination (intellectual property, liability limitations, etc.) remain in force.

8. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
